At MiiCoffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the product arrives safely.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the box and drop it off at a designated shipping location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
